These bolts kits allow you to securely fasten a sheet of UHMW plastic to the bottom of your hull for extra protection. Each kit contains various lengths of 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel flathead socket cap screws, matching sealing washers, and nylon locking nuts. Together these bolts, washers, and nuts ensure a strong and leak free connection.
Kits are available in a small pack for repairs or small installations. We also offer kits that are tailored to fit out 10ft, 11ft, and 12ft A2 Series hulls. Quantities for each kit size are described below.
Repair Kit (Small; 100 Fasteners) includes:
- QTY 50 - 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel flathead socket cap screw - 2.00" long
- QTY 50 - 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel flathead socket cap screw - 1.25" long
- QTY 100 - 5/16 stainless steel rubber backed sealing washers
- QTY 100 - 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel nylon locking nuts
10&11ft Hull Kit (Medium; 200 Fasteners) includes:
- QTY 100 - 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel flathead socket cap screw - 2.00" long
- QTY 100 - 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel flathead socket cap screw - 1.25" long
- QTY 200 - 5/16 stainless steel rubber backed sealing washers
QTY 200 - 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel nylon locking nuts
12ft Hull Kit (Large; 300 Fasteners) includes:
- QTY 150 - 5/16"-18UNC stainless steel flathead socket cap screw - 2.00" long

Please Note: When installing UHMW bolts we recommend tapping the hull bottom and using thread sealant on all fasteners to minimize the likelihood of leaks.
