This slam latch is a great option for panel doors and openings that need to be closed quickly.
The latch will open when the handle is pulled and close when a panel is "slammed" shut. The slam latch is best used on panels where only 1 unit is required, as opening 2 simultaneously can be tedious. This latch requires a 2 inch round opening to be drilled into the main panel, and the small catch lip fastened to the receiving surface.
